About the Zoning Board of Appeals 

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides on appeals from residents, and reviews any order, requirement, decision, interpretation or determination made by the administrative official charged with the enforcement of any zoning ordinance or law. 

Persons aggrieved by a Zoning Board of Appeals decision may apply to the Supreme Court for review via a proceeding under Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules. 

They meet on the first Thursday of the month in the Court Room at Town Hall. 

The March 1 meeting has been postponed.
