LWRP Interactive Feedback Site
A Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) is a grant-funded planning document that addresses issues affecting the community's waterfront and shoreline. The LWRP will be approved by the Department of State, and guide future decisions regarding Grand Island's waterfront. Grand Island's last LWRP was finalized in 2006, and an updated version is now underway.
The development of the Town's waterfront plan (LWRP) is continuing to move along! We've done a lot of analysis, gotten good preliminary community feedback, and come up with some key projects to consider after the LWRP is adopted. Now we want to get your feedback on what we've come up with!
Since public health and safety is of the utmost importance, we're going virtual with our interactive site. There's a few different options for you to give us your feedback here so take it for a spin and let us know your thoughts! The site will be available until December 5th.
